Vic also taught me that things do not always have to be perfect in order to be good. And it is okay to reuse a frying pan without washing it...it adds flavor to your life!!

Not sleeping is super hindering to weight loss. I was sleeping maybe 5 or 6 hours a night and expecting to lose weight. I guess that shows how serious I was! Then I researched Cortisol...
